PERSONAL TRAINING

Valentine Rawat is appearing on a new documentary series on SKY1 "Obese: A Year To Save My Life". Follow Jack Gorny's incredible journey and true body transformation from 29stones to 17 and half stones.

Now lets picture the perfect YOU:

You are full of energy, feeling vibrant and healthy. Your weight is comfortable, your muscles are firm and toned and you can wear any clothes that you want. Everywhere you go people compliment you on your appearance and tell you that you look fantastic. More important, you actually feel fantastic!

You have no aches and pains, no disease or illness and you feel confident, alert and in control of your life. No physical endeavour feels like it’s beyond you.

Basically, you are the very picture of health and well-being.

Does that describe you?

Sadly, for most people the above description is far removed from the reality of their true physical condition with increasing numbers of us battling obesity, chronic fatigue, chronic joint and muscle pain, stress, depression, disease, allergies and all manner of health disorders.

As a result, most people lead their lives in a constant state of ill-health believing that ‘that’s all there is’ and putting up with failing bodies that refuse to comply with their dreams and desires.

It does not have to be this way, you know!

This is where we come in:
